How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?

Once you have completed the payments process and an authorization has been received you will be navigated to a Thank You page on our website where you will be able to see your Order Confirmation details. You would also receive an SMS & an E-mail confirmation for your order on your registered mobile number & email id.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please Contact Us at [email protected] or call our contact center at XXXXXXXXXX (10 AM - 8 PM) with the order number.

How do I pay for a purchase?

'The Wise Copper' offers you several payment methods. Whatever your method of online payment, you can be sure that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You can use internet banking (credit and debit card).

Can I pay partially with any modes of Payment?

No. We are not providing at this time.

How do I make a payment using a credit or debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards

To use your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiration date, CVV number. After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page to enter the 3D Secure password online.

To use your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional CVV number for Master Card) (optional for Master Card). Then you have to enter your online password on the secure page of your bank (by page) issuing your bank to complete the payment.
