How do I return an item?

Returning a product to The Wise Copper is easy. Email us at [email protected] and we will return back to you immediately. If you need immediate assistance feel free to chat with us during business hours. 

 

Any justifications you need to accept the return?

None whatsoever!

We dedicate ourselves to the best standards of customer service, and don’t settle for any less. Our policy lasts 30 days. We will take back the product for upto 30 days for any reason or replace it with something better. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, we only ask the product to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. 

 A flat 12% of the original value of the items returned is deducted to take care of shipping costs, and you get the rest in refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can include a receipt that lists affected items, or an order confirmation email. 

 

Damaged product:

 At Wise Copper, we take the quality of our products very seriously. If you received a damaged or defective product, please send a picture to assist us in properly addressing the issue. Whenever we are able to deem an item defective or unfit for use, we will credit your account.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 



Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should receive instructions in the email with the label to send the item back.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
